I haven’t been following the market on Dunes $1s lately, but based on other market trends, I would have assumed they’d be selling for triple digits by now.

I would've expected it to sell at $29 without an issue, but seems I was wrong.

Four years ago I sold like ten for 25$ a pop - I think the right people missed this sales thread. I wouldn’t adjust the price. It will sell once the dunes people see it. I can’t remember who I sold my lot to or I would tag them

I'm not changing the price anymore. I think $25 is an amazing price for that chip. Considering they pop up here and there still on eBay, but it's nice to know that there is one sitting here waiting for a home. I'd keep it if it matched the condition of the other ones I have, but I'd like to keep them all minty or as close to mint as possible.

25 is a bargain, they go for 40+ on feebay. If people don’t know, in terms of rarity of Dunes golf course chips, $1 house, $1K house, and $25K baccarat (not in lucite) are the hardest to find anywhere. It took a while for me to get one.
