TLDR:
OVERALL: B+ (maybe higher if pricing on a larger order is more reasonable)

Bottom line, quality labels from a vendor who stands behind his product. I would definitely recommend labels from Okku.

I spent $200+ on 1600 labels for a tournament set and most were miscut, so I went looking for a new label vendor when I needed labels for about 140 chips for a cash set. I had a rack of Boulder Station $1s that I wanted to relabel as a frac. @Boother36 murdered them for me and his technique results in a perfect circle where the label was. I had @timinater design the new label. As I said, I originally wanted them as 25c labels, but I thought the non-denom label looked cleaner. I also had two barrels of pre-murdered CDMs that were going to be relabeled into Sands $20s. @timinater did those labels for me also and did a great job.

I reached out to @Josh Kifer for the project. He was hesitant because he was busy with other projects, but he did agree to print some trial labels. The print quality was superb, IMO. But he was busy with several other larger projects (and his back was acting up) and didn't really have time to do my labels. If @Josh Kifer could have done this order, I would have gladly had him do it; he said with his back, he might be able to do labels for me by 2026. I didn't want to wait that long; no hard feelings. Here's a test run he sent me, matte finish on the left, glossy on the right:

When it was clear that @Josh Kifer wasn't going to be able to do my small label order, I continued the hunt for a new label maker. Quite by accident, I found out that @Okku did labels. I contacted him and he quoted me a price. The price was higher than I was expecting, but again, it was a small order of 280 labels for 140 chips. Perhaps pricing gets better when you are doing a full set of 800+ chips. I did appreciate that @Okku reached out and said if I spent like $10 more for extra labels, the order size was large enough that shipping would be free.
PRICE: B-/C+

The labels were received in a reasonable amount of time. The labels are thick, with a matte finish which I think looks great (no option for a glossy label, BTW, but I had already decided on a matte finish by this point). Once seated on the murdered chip, the matte finish and the thickness of the label were a good fit for the depth of the recess. The print quality was acceptable; (not as good as @Josh Kifer's, but I probably don't even notice it if I didn't already have Kifer's test prints in hand). Here's the @Okku label on the right as compared with the trial labels from @Josh Kifer:

As it turns out, however, the less vibrant colors from Okku actually match the chip base better, so maybe the print quality is better than those from @Josh Kifer.
QUALITY: A-/B+

When I started relabeling the chips, the labels were just slightly larger than the recess. I did maybe 4 chips and it was apparent that these wouldn't work. I didn't send @Okku size requirements beforehand, Okku just sent me what worked for other THC relabel projects in the past. When I contacted @Okku and said, "What now?" he immediately said he would re-do the labels. I appreciated that he was willing to make things right, so I offered to pay the shipping on the Boulder Station reprints. I had a different chip in mind for the Sands, so I told him that I would pay for the reprints on the Sands when I decided which chip I was going to do. I used calipers to measure the exact size of the recess.

The second set of Boulder Station labels were shipped and the first label I grabbed was miscut, so it had a white crescent in the top left corner.

I immediately reached out to @Okku and while I was waiting for a response, it appeared that not all the labels were miscut, but about 15 chips worth would be unusable. Here's a shot from the same sheet as the crescent label:

I realized that there were labels for about 120 chips total, so it ended up I had enough to do all the chips even with the miscut labels being unusable. When @Okku responded, he confirmed that he noticed the miscut and just in case there was an issue, he printed extra labels so I had enough. I wish he would've given me a heads up so I was on the lookout for the miscuts and avoided them, but all is well that ends well.

Overall, I was happy with the turnaround time, the quality of the labels and the customer service. As I said, it was pricier than other vendors that sent me quotes, but it was a small order, admittedly.

In the background, you can see the unusable labels (and one mistake by me). In the foreground are the extra labels over and above to 200 needed to relabel this rack.

Edited to add images, clarify, correct typos and remove the name of another vendor with whom I had a bad experience.

Appreciate you making this!

Another recommendation. He matched an existing design spot on, and I had very few bad labels, probably less than 1%. Great texture and feel!
