Newb. Need help identifying older chip (1 Viewer)

Won a chip in an auction group and cant identify it. Orange plastic, 34mm diameter (Half $ as reference). Has an inlaid 'C' and 'M' interwoven, and inside a diamond shape frame on one side, an '20' on the reverse, inside a similar, square frame. Came in an envelop with '1930 Monte Carlo Chip' handwritten. Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Scott

Cool those custom metal etchings seem to be molded into the plastic? They appear to be custom or at least semi custom in nature.
