There are all sorts of colors, holographic and other designed foils out there for hot stamping. I've only used a couple different colors so far, each are a touch different to use but once you get dialed in its not an issue.

Those are very hard to stamp fyi. Lots of bad stamps 15-20% after including the chips needed to get the machine set.
