The bill is now on the governor’s desk for his already-pledged approval signature. Adults 21 years and older would be able to possess up to two ounces of marijuana flower in public and two pounds at home starting August 1. Those who lost voting rights due to previous convictions will have those rights restored.

The key is to not tax the product too much. You must keep the cost of the LEGAL product lower than where the cartels are willing to supply the ILLEGAL product. California and Illinois don't have that figured out yet. Michigan does.
