If there is a bid within 5 minutes of the closing time (original or extended closing time), 5 minutes shall be added to the time of the last bid, until there are no bids within the final 5 minutes.    2. No Reserve. The Starting Bid of this auction will be treated as the Reserve Price.

Wasn’t this a special issue thing, like normally these are not THC? I remember seeing a rack or so a few years back at the Vegas collector show. Thought about it, went back and it was gone!

I don't believe they are leaded, or at least not fully so. I think these issued in like 2001. These are a special edition reproduction of the old arodie chip on the THC mold.

I’ve handled these, they definitely don’t feel leaded.

These were a special issue in 2001. It’s the same rack you saw at the CCA show. This is the only full rack I have ever seen before or since.There were originally 160 that I bought, 60 were previously sold.
