Our COVID-inspired online home game, almost exclusively Seattle-area locals who play together IRL, is looking for some additional people who may be interested in playing with us.

This game is run on Poker Mavens software by our friend Matt who is not on PCF. Among the local pool are a few PCF members with myself and @Gorbash being the most regular of those.

There are two games that run regularly. They start late, usually 9:00 or 9:30 Pacific and run until 1:30 am or so:

Tuesday: NLH .50/1 max 500
Thursday: PLO .50/1 max 300 or 1/2 max 300

Some straddling occurs, always optional.

There are also plenty of opportunities to play in one-off games that get started on short notice after some text messages are exchanged.

Before deciding whether to join here are a few things to consider:

The host handles cash-ins/outs exclusively through Venmo. Due to transaction limits, he mostly cashes people out on Mondays and if you want to pull out large sums it may take longer. I can assist sometimes with cash-ins/outs as well (Venmo/PayPal/Zelle).

This is not your typical casino limp fest; this is a swingy, action game. When playing 6-handed PLO .50/1 max 300 or 1/2 max 300 it is standard for there to be $5K-$10K on the table by the end of the session. By way of example, consider this scenario. We are 6-handed at 1/2 PLO. UTG straddles to 4. UTG1 and CO call. The maniac on the button who is up 5K and has been frequently potting preflop makes it $19. You are in the small blind with J987 single-suited to the 9, effective stacks are 1K and your stack is 2K. The table has adjusted such that UTG1 could have a premium, planning to limp-reraise the maniac. What do you do? If your answer to this question is "I fold", then this game is not for you ;)

If interested shoot me a PM. Since we are all local and know each other, if there is a lot of interest I may prioritize longer-time members or people I have transacted with or met IRL.
