So what is your definition of cheap? This set isn't exactly cheap, but it looks to be a nice value for minty RHCs and if you remove the fracs which seller is willing to do, then the breakout matches your wants almost perfectly.

I'm a fan of the Majestic Star Casino used Paulson chips I got through Apache Poker Chips. You can put together a set as described for around $250.

They are well worn, but heavy and I like the way they look.
