Polycarbonate filament is an engineering-grade 3D printing material renowned for its high impact resistance, exceptional durability, and high heat tolerance.

Basically, it’s total overkill for 3DP poker accessories, but it looks cool as hell. From certain angles it even gives off a diamond plate vibe. The filament is definitely on the pricier side so these will be limited edition sets. The sets will include the following:

• 10‑slot holder for 60mm ceramic buttons
• 10‑slot holder for 65mm acrylic buttons
• 10‑slot holder for 80mm acrylic buttons
• Pair of 39mm chip stackers
• Pair of 43mm chip stackers

I'll update with the cost once I know how much filament a complete set requires.

I'm assuming gyroid infill is a nice balance of looks plus structural strength in all directions but if you get a chance maybe see how honey comb looks, or maybe concentric. Looks like a fun project though.

39mm stackers "in production." Settings on high quality, only 5 hrs 45 mins to go.

Sets now available into the PCF store. 1 set is available now. The remaining 4 sets will ship in 7–10 days. I had to order more filament.

These are basically sold at cost. It's $40 per roll and it takes almost a full roll. 12 hours in the filament dryer first then just under 2 days to print a complete set.

The cost $55 per set. Shipping is included.
