I've got these priced well under Apache's price, so I'm hesitant to drop much more, but I'll knock off $50 if both sets go together.

From what I can tell, the shipping cost would be $80 or more. Plus, customs forms, VAT?, etc. makes all it complicated and expensive for a budget set of chips.
