Note: In order to give everybody an equal shot at purchasing these chips, I'll be using the lottery/random draw system for the sale. I’ll do a random drawing using Wheel of Names to see who gets the right to buy them. In the event that the first name drawn is for someone who only wants one rack, I'll draw again for the second rack.
