I received some racks of these chips to upgrade the condition of the $5ers I have in the set. So yes these are the cast offs. Still in great casino used condition and will outlast us all in home game use! The hoarder in me says keep them but the other side says you'll never play that many chips! I know there is a few newcomers looking to start TRK Sets so thought I'd offer some up! More to come, Stay tuned!
