Reshipping (ordering closed) January 2023 Cards Mold/No Mold Group (13 Viewers)

Is it recommended with these chips to order more than you need? For example, if I want 200 of one denomination to actually use in a game… should I order 225 to account for printing issues, broken chips, etc.?

@justincarothers do you have any real-world pics of how the faux gold stamp actually looks? Hot dog chips are mighty tempting...
That is my favorite of the hot dogs as well. These have not been made before but seems like there were some similar faux stamps before. Let me see if I can find those. Maybe @SeanGecko has seen some?

That is always a good idea. They rarely break in shipment but sometimes it does happen. I always get extra for mine

In my past experience with all of the CM chips that I've bought, it can be 400 or it can be 2000... There's always like 2 that are broken.

So, yeah, get extras.

It's a new effect, so we'll see how it turns out in the prototypes. Taking some learnings from past faux molds so I'm optimistic but metallics are hard!
Well, based on @SeanGecko's photos, I think it definitely depends on what the base color is to help the color of the faux stamp pop a little bit. But both the red and beige gold examples above look pretty damn slick.

I just wish it wasn't 200 of most denoms that I needed so I'm ordering an extra 25 chips per denom :p
It'd be better if I need 220 and get 225, oh well!

What's the average amount of time it takes from orders being placed to chips in hand?

I think the answer is probably no, but figured it can’t hurt to ask (forgive my noob-ness):

Is it possible to order different denoms than on the chips that they’re shown on?
