I am looking for one single solitary Jack Cleveland Grand Opening $25.00 green chip as shown below. This was a limited edition chip issued back in May 2016 when the Horseshoe Cleveland rebranded to become Jack Cleveland. I already have the $5.00 red Grand Opening chip that was issued at the same time, but so far I haven't been able to find one of these $25.00 green chips. I'm willing to pay top dollar to have one delivered right back to its proper home here in Cleveland. Any help would be much appreciated so thank you in advance!!
That would be amazing thank you! I asked a cashier if he could find me one when I stopped in there a few weeks ago, but the dude looked at me like I was an alien and had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. LOL
My problem is that I never actually gamble at the Jack. Once or twice a year I'll stop in there with friends and have a couple of drinks while they play blackjack or whatever, but even during those times I'm not actually coming into close enough contact with chips to be able to spot one of these grand opening chips myself.
And eBay is usually a goldmine for finding limited edition chips, but for some reason this seems to be one of the few cases where that isn't true. I mean right at this very moment eBay has multiple listings for both the $5 and $25 Jack Cincinnati grand opening chips, plus someone selling a $5 Jack Cleveland grand opening chip, and a listing for the $25 Jack Cleveland NBA All Star Game chip. And a while back I was also able to snag one of the limited edition $25 chips from the Cleveland "BetJack Sportsbook" grand opening in 2023. But I've had a saved search with email notifications running on eBay looking for the May 2016 $25 Jack Cleveland Grand Opening chip for a good long while now, and not a single one has been posted for sale during that time. Kinda strange really. LOL
That chip looks good enough for me so I'll go ahead and mark this thread as "Found." Thank you very much to everyone who volunteered to look for one of these chips for me, and to @TheJestyr for finding one!
