I have also been asked about how you can ship a set for $5.15 when the lowest flat rate option at the US Post Office is $9-something.
The answer is: Don't use flat-rate. Use "First Class" mail.
First Class mail is shipped in the same amount of time as Priority Mail (2 to 3 days) and also provides a tracking number. For small shipments, "First Class" is like a secret hack to the Post Office.
One set is less than 1/2 a pound. So if you provide your own padded envelope (and not use the free Flat-Rate priority mail boxes/envelopes). It's $5.15
Providing your own padded envelope to ship the set might be an added cost for you. So use your own discretion.
