I understand this completely. I really do.
I didn't want to exclude people outside the US. But at the same time, I'm letting people know what my maximum price is. Do I expect people outside the US go for this? No. But at the same time I hope to be pleasantly surprised. But I'm not holding my breath.
Also. I heard that most people's sets that are destined outside the US are stuck in Los Angeles. So, this entire conversation is most likely irrelevant.

On a related note, if someone is using USPS for shipping, there’s no reason to limit US-bound items to CONUS. USPS charges the same for postage to AK/HI and even to PR and Guam and other US territories. They’re all considered “domestic” and postage costs the same as shipping to any state in the contiguous 48.

Yep. Nothing in the OP says that the person I buy from needs to be in CONUS.
I stated that I am in CONUS to help any potential sellers make a more informed decision.
