OK, original post updated with what's remaining in red.
Sorry i was unclear on the dealer buttons.
The black and white are actually the same button, it's black on one side and white on the other (the all-ins are the same as well). I meant to have the All-in's be a part of the B&W dealer buttons as well, but it looks like we're going to split them. Dealer buttons are $5, and the All-in's are $2.50 each.
