I used Non-Acetone Nail Polish Remover and a toothbrush to disolve the polish. Followed that with a light rinse and oiling. Can't stress enough, Non-Acetone Good Luck! Before: After:

I grabbed 12 at a time in a clamp and rubbed them on a magic eraser with some non acetone polish remover on it, then a quick touch with a drill mounted buffing wheel. Worked pretty good. Got much of the edge dirt off too.
