I have since decided to stick with using the higher denomination Cleveland chips as a tournament set rather than trying to use it as a cash set too. I have enough labels for the other 320 chips if buyer wants to complete that project. Also have 300 Horseshoe Southern Indiana $1a's that are overlabeled as Horseshoe Cleveland $1's if want to build that set.
