Hate to play the pedant but I feel I must. It's "Paddy". Patty is the diminutive of "Patricia". "Paddy" is the diminutive form of "Pádraig" the Irish for Patrick. Oddly in many contexts "Paddy" is considered disparaging, though not this one.

Love the chips. They are well worth $17.
