Got some help breaking in my new house set…. The “DEADHEAD DAVE AND SONS” set

Oh yes…. @Dcarl for the win on delivering exactly what I asked for on label design. With so much “in your face” art from the Grateful Dead, I asked him for something subtle, and as you see, he delivered subtle yet very cool!

Thanks @Cratty . Means a lot coming from you. @Dcarl did the label design and the chips were cdi except the purple, which was from Casino Azteca.

Really impressed with these chips. I have seen some of the older cards mold and just wasn't that impressed. Really like the look and feel of these, might need to pickup a set.

I know J5 didn't like the idea of sending my art to China. I'll have to look into that and decide if I want to get new art done, or use someone eles's design.

I do plan on working more of a dead theme into my next set (for 2026), but my plan is for a “less subtle”, more weird/colorful on 43mm Textured/No Mold and really exploit that edge to edge art thing. They will not be exclusive to me and my sons, and more GD centered.

Since I suck at art… I’m open to ideas and submissions.
