Probably Tinas or Majestics.
Custom chinese ceramics from here. And its not remotely close! They're very cheap; they won't resell for too much because they're custom and no one else cares about Antarctic poker like I do, but they don't break the bank and they were exactly what I wanted for less than 50cents a chip.

I have considered custom orders, but I think it's a little bit tough to find a custom with good enough quality that I'll enjoy and also be able to design one well! Also just love seeing some chips I haven't seen before.

You should get a sample of them. They will probably change your mind over the other .50c options out there. There's plenty of people that would help you design them - heck, shoot me a DM with what you're looking for and I can whip up a couple designs for you.

I ammased 2200+ before they went extinct. Sadly I was never able to aquire the yellows. At first they were .09 per chip, but as they started getting scarse, that price went up pretty quickly.

I got a sample set of these recently to help a friend pick out a budget set , it impressed me from a color perspective; feel of it isn't as nice as Majestic or Royal but the colors do pop.
I have a thousand or so Milanos that I really like and you can watch for deals to keep them under fifty cents each. I really love my (Apache) Pharoahs as well and they are just an ass hair under fifty cents. Definitely buy a few sample sets to see what you personally like unless you just plan on having lots and lots of sets... No judgement, it happens.
