Check out my new cash set! Back in the spring, I played with an all 43mm cash set and I fell for it. I decided I wanted one. Seeing how expensive it would be to do with with Paulsons (probably have to buy NAGB chips and relabel) I quickly shifted to a CPC set. I’m sad to have to shift away from CPC customs. But when the opportunity suddenly arose to buys Dunes Baccarat $20s (my avatar forever, but I haven’t owned any in years) I couldn’t resist. And it gave me an excuse to use Excalibur $1s - a housemold that I’ve loved since I first touched it, but never thought I’d use.
So this is definitely a non standard set. Two different size chips, three denoms from one casino with two from two others (once I find some fracs) - it kinda breaks all the rules. But I think I’ve stopped caring about the rules. They’re leaded, textured inlay, mostly huge Paulsons, and that’s what I love. They’re stunning to shuffle and to splash and to rake. This is pretty exciting.
Any frac suggestions? I’d love to do it with the arc union plazas, but that would be a long term project. The Gold Coasts check all the boxes - house mold, leaded, textured inlay, but they’re gray, which is kind of boring. Still, those might be the best bet.
