Hey everybody, I am new-ish to the forum, but I've already had some good feedback on my limit game stakes, buy-ins, etc. Anyways, I wanted to share this poker variant that me and my buddies that I live with made during exam week last semester (December). Yes, I hand-wrote the rules, I wasn't thinking and it was like 2:00am. I'm wondering if this game has ever existed, or if it is even worth playing at all. My guys and I play it limit, but is still hella splashy. We also don't play it very often, we mainly play HORSE (imagine that - dudes in their early 20's playing limit games  :ROFLMAO:). Let me know if you need any clarifications on the rules, I'm sorry but its a bit weird sometimes. Thanks for your time!

Also, let me know if you want some more readable rules...sorry

is there a tldr?
Good idea.
TLDR:
This game is dealt and action is played similarly to Hold-em. However, two turn cards and two River cards are dealt. The players showdown with other players on their same turn and river. After that, the pre flop and flop action pot is won after a final card (really a second river) is dealt and bet on.

Still TLDR:
Honestly, forget it, it’s a mess of a game.

damn lol.
a bit confusing, there's a lot of variations... keep workin at it

So we have separate showdowns on each street? But people know what I have if there's already a showdown?

Do I play for both turns and rivers or do I pick one?

I like the idea. We play something similar to it at our home games. It gets messy really fast. Usually scares players away unless its really low stakes.

Yes, you showdown after the river, so three flop cards and two turns+rivers. The showdown is only with people playing on your same cards, so only one of you will continue to the final card. You pick the board you want to play on when you make an action, and that would be a big bet on one of the turns. You could also check, but you must verbally declare what you want to go for. Thanks for checking this out!
