I don’t think they are RT Plastic chips, just more of a standard Chinese sluggo. Still definitely functional for someone.

They are cheap 11.5g metal slugged Plastic known as 8 stripes poker chips

They worth around 5-10c / chip

I was wondering about the sluggo as well. Would be an ok w/o the slug. And I agree Mike this is a very serviceable set. Especially someone looking for a cheap upgrade from the shit chips. Price ain't too bad either.
