Ok i could be wrong, but it looks like Chase is endorsing the idea that you can gamble for money and then send payments to friends.

Is this a subtle jab at PayPal?

I guess technically, when i have to send money because i need a re-buy, my spirit is broken. So maybe that will fall under their "Terms of Service" ...... maybe.
