It pains me to let this one go but after being blessed by our hotdog fairy I have a renewed sense of purpose to share such the glorious sandwich with the world.

Unfortunately, The National Hot Dog and Sausage Council falls short in their definition calling it a “hot dog formerly known as a sandwich”. This has driven me to start The American Hot Dog Council to combat this ignorant misinformation.

Proceeds of this auction will fund our mission to clear the name of our beloved. Our work provide these succulent, savory sandwiches - wiener, bun, condiment, and all - to the PCF meet ups of the world.

Members may simply apply for a grant to fund their sausage needs. All PCF 2023 meetups are eligible until funds run out.
