[Cancelled] Horseshoe Cleveland new T5000 and T25000 (1 Viewer)

Hi,

For those who have those chips, I’m verifying if there would be enough demand for a group-buy creating new T5000 (which are quite rare for this set) and T25000 (which don’t exist).

The idea is to get them made by CPC (Classic Poker Chips) as solid 39mm. The idea is to have the higher denom oversized compared to the other values of the set.

The minimum quantities to get this order processed are 300.

My idea is a yellow T5000 and pink T25000.
Mold will be "Fleur de Lys".
Current price available on CPC are valid until 31 December.
Expected production date is April '19 (but payment due before 31 Dec)

I've created a fairly solid clone of the T5k inlay for @Sprouty as a vector graphic a while ago, might be able to save on spending here. Shouldn't be too much additional work to make a T25k version from what I have there.

I have received the color sample and now I’m a little bit confused for the yellow...
My preference is not Saturn anymore but Dayglo yellow...

Yeah, Saturn has this slight puke green shine to it. Using it as a spot color is somewhat OK but I'm not sure if I would use it as a body color either.

On the other hand, Saturn actually glows yellow under UV light, while DG Yellow glows green-ish, and DG Yellow is very pale.

Maybe consider Canary?

Why I like Dayglo Yellow (even if it's pale) is that out of the yellows, it's the one which more contrasted with the color of the T1000. Canary is too close to the T1000 in my opinion.

I think a lot because I've been so disappointed by the CPC yellow color.
From my end I'll cancel my order and explore other routes to complete my set.

Honestly, I'd be even more disappointed if I did not get those samples.
