very very different....in short "nothing like Copag"
Trefls are stiffer, brighter in ink, very white background, font is more rounded
only similiarity is with Export Copag as they both full bleed

Having played both I can tell you even though I prefer my cards flexier like the copags, the trefls look and feel better and I’d choose them every time. (Also the copag exports smell like vinyl a shocking amount.)
