I'll take these. Sending PM.
I just sat there madly trying to figure out the best combination of tournament chips to get to 30 chip starting stacks. But working in my head was a drag, so I had to get out my tournament chips to work it out with my hands. Then I got to playing with the chips and I forgot all about these blue racks.
Oh well. 7 isn't quite enough racks anyway.
And I think the answer is an 8/8/4/9/1 starting stack for 17k.

12 x T25
12 x T100
5 x T500
1 x T1000
--------------
30 chips = T5000

10 x T5
10 x T25
7 x T100
3 x T500
--------------
30 chips = T2500

And there are a bunch of others, along with what @Chbyfngr posted above. :)
