There's plenty of custom dealer buttons around PCF but most of them are the ceramic ones that are larger and thicker than a poker chip but not substantial.
For me, I like a big honking dealer button.
I rock this guy:

It's about the size of a hockey puck and has a good weight to it as well.
It's definitely my preferred button.
Why do you want/need small big blind buttons? Moving around 3 buttons every hand seems excessive.

I'll echo that 3 buttons is more likely to cause confusion with new players than just a single dealer button.
I also have one of those black/gold dealer buttons -- they are MASSIVE, and I would NOT recommend one. Plenty of better options from users here.

Those are pretty cool too. i got a tiki king set semi custom in production already and I have added that one.
