Never seen that mold before, but they sure look like injection-molded plastic. You can see the injection marks in the center

I wanna say I've seen these come in a small tin with 200 chips in it. Throw them in the river. Don't worry plastic never breaks down, it's alright.

I have about 400 yellows of this mold. I use them for chip art for my league, . I would likely be interested in buying additional yellow or black stashes. No interest in the other colors.

Yes they are plastic and very light weight.

I've seen plenty of these on Craigslist ads continent-wide. Skip them.
