The 100pcs plastic classic ones. Should i just find the very cheapest on alibaba and bulk up.. or does quality actually matter a little on this??
The trays in casinos, are they more expensive or is it just chunks of plastics ?

Not necessarily good, not necessarily bad....

But not all racks are dimensionally the same. And not all chips are dimensionally the same.

Match specific chips to racks that fit properly for best results.

If buying cheap I have had good luck with 68mm Amazon racks as a tighter size fo most avg chips Paulson to CPC and cards mold. Standard size unless posted in approx 70mm which results in most chips wabbling in racks. Other more expensive racks generally have thicker plastic and design tolerances for greater durability/accuracy of size.

Any recommendations on where to find the higher quality racks. I just bought some covered ones from Spinnetis but I should have ordered more.

@JP1984 recently swapped out to some different racks, the channel has a slightly different shape so the chips sit nicer. He may some pics / info :)
I'm still experimenting for my CSQ set. The cheap "Chinese racks" were a better fit for the barrel length, but a worse fit for chip diameter. So I bought some racks from @T_Chan which are a much better fit, but require spacers (not really an issue). I'll likely continue trying different racks until I finally give in and get a custom box from @alecnetwoodworks again...

This is sound advice
