Are Landmark Chips really that rare? (1 Viewer)

I've been trying to get a single chip from every Vegas casino since the beginning and one casino in particular seems to have eluded me more than others.
I seem to have a lot of difficulty finding one from the Landmark, last time I checked on eBay, there was a single one up for around 2 grand.
Now mind you I'm not very knowledgeable in poker chips in general, very new to the hobby but are they really that rare and expensive or am I just having bad luck?

Older ones are super expensive
