Sample sets usually go for a higher per-chip price than if they were sold in racks / a set, but yeah, these are considered by many to be the holy grail of tournament chips. @MilouPilou1 will no doubt be able to give a much better picture of the history of the club and chips, but ACF was an iconic French gambling venue in Paris that closed in 2014.
