The $1s are the actual Paulson House Mold cash chips used at the SDPM.
The 25c fracs are high end clay chips but they were custom made to accompany the SDPM. Around the time the SDPM chips were released to the PCF masses there was a group buy organized and these are a part of that group buy. The SDPM was located in in Khanawake, Quebec as such the CPC fleur-de-lis mold chosen for the Frac is the perfect choice as the FDL is a symbol of French Royalty and depicted on the flag of Quebec.
Here is a Stardust Poker Mansion Promo Video to satiate your SDPM curiosity [but you may need subtitles]. Google maps tells the story of this "Mansion?". Sep 2011 - under construction. Sep 2012 - open for business. Aug 2015 - the building is rebranded something else. On the bright side for a "casino used" Paulson $1 these chips are in great shape.
It would be great if these chips stayed together but it's PCF - murder is always on the table. You can even watch a video on youtube of a red SDPM chip getting murdered. Other users with murderous intent have taken the SDPM Cash $1 to make Bounty chips for their SDPM tournament set. Another popular "mod" is to take advantage of a "Stardust" House Mold to make a "Stardust" Las Vegas tribute chip like @Perthmike did here:

Lastly, whichever of you madlads bought stardustpokermansion.com to redirect it to the PCF SDPM thread... genius.
