It appears each rack is sorted by thickness. Is that just the camera angle or do they progressively get skinnier going from top to bottom?

I did sort through them at some point, you're right. It's a mix of conditions. Also a mix of cleaned and unleaned. I guess first dibs get priority to what they prefer. Here are a few more pics
