I'll be honest, I was happy enough with the Black IHC that I had, low chip count, $20 is a big bet in my game and I've got a lot of $5s. I hated that I was repeating edge spots for the white chip, but there aren't a lot of options for white or black IHCs. Like I only have a barrel of the white $100s and it's purely a vanity chip, they are never seeing the table... and then this fucking chip comes along.

Yeah dude that sucks. We’ve been without power for a day or two both in a summer heat wave and a ice/snow storm since I’ve lived here and both times it was brutal.

We considered getting a generator or a powerwall(installed solar this spring) but neither is really cost effective and when we factor in we are down for on average maybe 8 hours a year, the money just doesn’t make sense. Generators have to be kept up and the batteries don’t have that long of a life span, 10 years or so.

I have heard you can diy a better solution with just stringing together marine batteries if you know what you are doing and they cost less and last a lot longer, but that’s a big DIY in my mind.
