So I reached out with a fellow PCF member last week about purchasing 1 of the $1 Isle Casino chips and 1 of the $25 HSI Secondary chips. I was told they were available and would be shipped to me for $6 - $7. I ended up getting a Lady Luck $1 chip and not the Isle Casino chip. I PMed the seller, to find out he doesn't even have the Isle Casino $1. I got refunded $1.49 and ended up spending $5+ for 1 HSI Secondary $25. 
I'm pretty upset about the situation, because I would have never even made the purchase if the seller communicated with me correctly to begin with, because the Isle $1 was the most important chip for me to receive. I'm hoping someone has 1 extra they could sell to me or at least postage to me and I can postage back. I really really want to see how the chip looks in a line up with the rest of the chips I have put together, any help at all would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your time.
