    Cash Game Rebuilding my Bankroll

Dammit. I was making coffee in the break room, and I think a coworker saw me laughing at a picture of a dick on my phone...

Cash Game $1/$1 NLHE Cash Game, $200 Buy In

Depends on the game. My Friday night cash game, most players will limp-call a 3! with their entire range. I will raise the hell out of BPPs and limp the rest of my range. It's really bad GTO but right for this game.

Drink good whiskey but not too much. Fold mediocre hands but not too many. Have fun.

Still waiting for my $20 from COTS. $20 is $20 after all.

Host can't pay out everyone, what to do?

IANAL, but I'm pretty sure this means gambling contracts in Florida are null and void. That's what Florida Statute 849.26 says, and there are a number of civil cases that seem to support this.

Host can't pay out everyone, what to do?

I understand the desire not to bring huge amounts of cash, but I'm not sure this is a reliable method either. I like the idea of an escrow of some kind as mentioned earlier. In many states (Florida is one), gambling debts are legally unenforceable.

Host can't pay out everyone, what to do?

Yep, and the person I always owe is me. I always pay myself last. That way, I've already eaten any smaller banking errors. If the shortage were bigger than my stack (which has never happened), I would pay out the other players out of my cash and figure out what happened later. Granted, this is...

Host can't pay out everyone, what to do?

This is 100% on the host to cover. Allowing players to buy in on credit is a choice made by the host, and the host is responsible for any players who fail to pay back what they borrow.

Half of me is terrified by this one, and I'm expecting to wake up screaming and sweaty in the middle of the night. The other half is slightly aroused. Men are weird.

    Things That Are Bullsh*t

Oh damn I love Salt Lick. Haven't been there in a few years, but I used to travel to Austin regularly for work. Salt Lick was a mandatory lunch followed by a very unproductive afternoon.

    Things That Are Bullsh*t

Well there's your problem. I'll be the first to agree that you don't just ladle up a bowl of Cincinnati chili and eat it like soup or stew. It's a sauce and is meant to be served on other foods like spaghetti and hot dogs. That said, it meets the definition of chili con carne, so there's...

    Things That Are Bullsh*t

I'm reporting this thread for all the Skyline hate. I guess it's a comfort food for me since I grew up there, but hitting Skyline when I visit home is always on my must-do list. I also have several cans in the pantry from my recent eclipse visit.
