Tourney T-5 Base Starting stack ?

Never thought of this either. I'm going to revisit my structure, lol. Learning stuff today. It's not often you see a thread with a T5 base.

Tourney T-5 Base Starting stack ?

This is a very good point that I haven't even thought of before. Although even if I start them with less T5 and T25s they still bet the same and always need change. I guess I just play with a bunch of slow rollers that like to limp. We normally do a T2000 tournament but once a year we'll do a...

    Tourney Multi-Table Deep Stack.

A little flatter pay out format could get you to top 7 Or go top heavy and pay out 4. I think that's to few. I hope my quick sheets are somewhat easy to understand.

    Tourney Multi-Table Deep Stack.

I usually try to pay out the top 25%. I threw this together quick, I don't know it it'll help you but it might. Looks like top 6 might be the sweet spot. I'd round it to the nearest $5 or $10 to make things easier.

How the heck do you cut a super-ellipse?

The bit I use with my router is long enough to do it in one pass, but I never do. The bit will dull out really quick. Due to heat, build up, strain or what have you. I cut 3/4" plywood in 3 passes. The bit lasts a lot longer. Measure the distance from your bit to the edge of the router base and...

How the heck do you cut a super-ellipse?

I built a jig for an elliptical table once. It didn't work. For the jig to work properly the length and width had to be closer in size. I ended up free handing it with a jig saw. Here's the link to that thread if it helps any...

Here is a picture of my buddies chips that we pulled from the bag to scratch the horses. We also left those chips out so people could easily see which horses were scratched. We also lined up the discards and capped them with the amount each horse was scratched at.

Our tournament ended at 11pm last week. The plan was to play our cash game (poker) then throw in horse racing once an orbit or every other orbit. We didn't play poker at all. We did horse racing till 3am (4am if you count the time change.) We also had left, right, center and shut the box on hand...

Sorry, I've been away all week. But yes he had one chip per horse. Each horse had an equal chance of being scratched. It changes the game some, especially when more than one of the 2, 3, 11 or 12 chip come out. The pot doesn't get as big, which also takes away from some of the fun. You always...

A buddy of mine plays this at a club he belongs to. They have numbered chips that they pull out of a bag to determine the scratched horses. We played two games with his chips. I didn't care for that so it was eliminated. Maybe we'll try it again sometime.
