I haven't had time to read this thread yet, sorry, but all orders will be fulfilled, I promise!
I've got a ton of stuff printed that I haven't had time to ship yet, sorry. My parents are visiting this week and staying with us (today is my mom's bday), and once they are gone I can get back to...
I sold the hard top for my LJ and bought some Metal Cloak aluminum double adjustable control arms. They are legit! Can't wait to put them on and get my driveshaft angles dialed in.
If you swing through Fort Collins again, check out Music City Hot Chicken. I try eat there every time I go up that way. Looks like a great trip so far!
My Sat. night tourney on my deck ended up moving inside because it refused to stop raining, but it was still a fun time. My highlight was this hand with A9 where I flopped a pair and ended up with a boat. I think it was a 3-way all-in. Too bad I couldn't ride those chips to a spot in the money...
Good day at the thrift store today. Brand new copy of Carcassonne with River and Abbot expansions for $4. And Disney Codenames for $2.50 (used but looks to be complete). I already had Carcassonne, but not with the Abbot, so now I've got an extra for my game collection at work.
I got a new cubicle at work, so I bought some cube shelves at Target to organize my games better:
That's my lunchtime gaming collection, and I hide all my Funkoverse games at work so my wife doesn't realize how many I've bought.
I got a used LJ soft top off craigslist a while back and finally got the chance to swap my hard top for it for the summer. It's so great! Although I have discovered that the wind current pulls my beard up and in front of my eyes, which is not ideal while driving.
For the younger crowd, check out Sushi Go!, King of Tokyo, and D&D Dungeon Mayhem. Those are all lots of fun, don't take too long, and they are easy to teach. Exploding Kittens is quite popular too, but I'm a little burned out on that one myself.
I was watching this video earlier, and it reminded me of the rubber duck obsession over here.
(Lyrics very NSFW unless you are @BonScot where this is a nursery rhyme sung by children   )
Edit: Dang, that's not the one with the duck. I forgot. It's this one:
I posted this in the BR Pro photo thread, but I'll add it here too. I added $1 and $10 chips to my DDLM tourney set to make it work for Monopoly too. Instead of $20 and $50 I just have $25 chips, but it seems to work just fine so far. The chips have been faster than handling the paper money and...
I realized I could use my DDLM tourney set for Monopoly games with a small add-on of some $1 and $10 chips. I took a shot as we were preparing to start the game last night (with my mint copy of Aberdeen Monopoly shipped here from Scotland!).
