I’ve got about 25-30 extra Chipco racks after converting to Tina racks and Warneke boxes. I should just do a giveaway.

...My strategy for packing a SFRB is pushing down a plastic grocery bag, adding the chips, then another plastic grocery bag on top. I also ship in Warneke boxes, but I think any simple padding inside the SFRB will be sufficient. It is more the double layer of cardboard that is protecting the chips.

I just fill the bottom of a big ziplock bag with as many as will fit, then roll it up into a giant chip log. Then wrap each giant chip log with a little bubble wrap. Throw all the logs into a box with enough padding materials to keep everything tight in place.

Are all the chips pictured included, even the $5 chips?

I hear you and I used to think the same way. But after years of receiving racks from PCFers without extra padding on every single side, and never seeing a damaged chip, I just don’t think it’s necessary.

Fair enough. I’m sure this is overkill, but for your own peace of mind for real expensive chips, go for it. But tightly taping a warneke box and sticking it in a sfrb with enough padding that it won’t move around is totally sufficient.

I've never understood this one. Just slice the tape with a blade and the box is good as new. Better than new actually, because now it's reinforced with tape.
