...about pretty much everything, but I’ve never received damaged chips in a SFRB. Much like others though, I’ve started putting the SFRB inside of a padded mailer and/or another box, but before that was common practice I mailed out Warneke boxes wrapped in bubble wrap in SFRBs with no issues.

I unfortunately don’t have boxes, just stored chip trays (which I imagine will waste space and cause potential damage?). I would also need to get supplies.

This is exactly what I do. Secure the boxes with rubber bands so it’s easy for tsa to open and keeps them secure.

Bump..... Post updated with sold items, take $10bucks off the barrel of TP t5 hotstamps, $15 off the rack of fracs. Fracs can ship in a warneke box or Justin racks, your choice.

Question: What’s the best way to package chips (by the hundreds) when you don’t have warneke boxes?

Before I weigh in, a couple quick questions: Are the chips stored in chip boxes (Warneke boxes)? Do you have packing material to both protect the chips and fill any empty space in the shipping boxes?

Excellent guide! There is a "Priority Mail Small Box" (not flat rate) that is slightly larger than a "Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box" and it fits 2 warneke boxes inside its original dimensions. It would fit inside a Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope as well.
