Get samples of both if you can, even though the clay is the same, inlaid vs hotstamped chips feel and play a little differently. I think you'll pay a higher premium for WTHC, but there are definitely more of them out in the wild than PCRs.

Welcome to PCF. WTHC is the acronym widely used for World Top Hat and Cane chips and that set does not contain those denominations. Perhaps post a photo of the chips you are looking for?
