    Things That Are Bullsh*t

I'm embarrassed and proud at the same time. Do the same for apes, I'm nothing if not consistent.

...Since joining in Jun '22, @NotRealNameNoSir (75) has taken a commanding lead. @Jimulacrum (1) running a distant 2nd with the only other occurrence in the same timeframe. https://www.pokerchipforum.com/search/2301537/?q=mook&o=date https://www.pokerchipforum.com/search/2301533/?q=mooks&o=date

    Things That Are Bullsh*t

Buncha mooks learned what the recency bias was yesterday and decided it was their favorite thing ever.

Setting a 'table director' when seating tournaments

This is a good point. Smooth running tables would reduce newb stress/confusion. More likely to return.

Setting a 'table director' when seating tournaments

...I dont feel bad having someone to answer rules questions at each table or dedicated dealer/whatever. Just makes my life easier when Ive got 17 mooks in my house and Im trying to feed em all while playing. This only helps my newbies have a good time which is front and center to my decision...

    Poker Book Reviews

...one of these 4 this would be it. Positively Fifth Street Another book about someone taking a shot at the WSOP Main Event, no wonder so many mooks punt thousands every year, the American Dream! He's a journalist covering both the Tedd Binion murder Trial and his run at the WSOP in the early...

Must a Winning Hand Show ALL Cards?

...especially at a game with lots of older gentlemen who love to slow roll each other. Always insta-show at showdown. I can't agree with the second point though, if my opponent mucks his bluff I muck my winner after I take the pot to make sure to tilt the info-mooks who folded to my min-raise.

Cash Game micro stakes cash game w

Lol, all of us mooks typing out pretty much the same damn thing. This place is great. @springbox the man said a friendly $20 game, you're giving him $800 in bank?!! Sick people.

Sizing your bets to get it all in on the river

I agree with you regarding most pros, but Mikey’s kinda special. I heard him and Daniel on a podcast together a couple of years ago, and he literally couldn’t answer the question “how many combos of AK are in the deck?” But I digress. (And I’m always rooting for Mike.)

Sizing your bets to get it all in on the river

I think you'd be right a decade ago, but the man's been playing poker professionally for decades on and off, he knows what SPR is. Lot of pros want us mooks to think its all tells and feel, but they've spent time studying.

    What have we here?

I KNOW, that's why I've given up, because I lose a part of me ev-er-y time these mooks come over.

How useful is an all in button?

We dont use it. Better for casinos where mooks with headphones misunderstand action. At our game if you're that clueless you deserve to lose the stack.

    BB ante

I don't think its paradoxical. These games thrive on whales and mooks that have no idea what they're doing, its very boring for casuals to watch if its just a bunch of pros playing tight GTO poker, no one would watch; they need whales to win with crazy insane bluffs so they can share it on...

    BB ante

Widens the range of hands you should play and increases pot size pre flop. Drives action without needing to remind 9 mooks to put out a small denomination.
