BETA - Poker club and event management app / platform

Hi All,

The latest version of the app is now available for download on both iOS and Android phones. You're all invited to explore, test, and provide feedback on all aspects of the app.

Key Updates:

• A fresh, lighter color palette to hopefully provide a more improved user experience
• Event update notifications: Club members will now receive alerts when events are updated or cancelled
• General bug fixes and performance improvements

User Account Management
Club owners and their administrators can now a couple of adjustments to their user account.

Accessed via the Dashboard

The User Account screen allows users to perform the following tasks:

• Set the time zone - Our database stores time in UTC, this feature gives users the option to adjust the time zone will, ensuring the correct time is presented when viewing events.
• Change password

Shout out to Tim for highlighting this one.

The status update process will now correctly update the status of an event.

Updates

• Administrators can now schedule Cash and Tournament events
• SMS / Text messages now include the contact details of your club's key/main contact.
• Manage Players section - Bulk invite process updated to accept guest player phone numbers.
• Some minor bug fixes

Member Stats section updated to return the correct values.

With the Member Stats section club owners/hosts and administrators can track the following:

• Number of sessions attended
• Player's total buy-ins
• Player's total out for amount
• How much a player is owed
• How much a player owes
• How much of the owed and/or owes amount has been settled
• Balance - How much more a player is expected to receive or send

Member Stats - New section introduced to help club owners and manager keep track of total buy-ins, payouts, winnings and losses.

This section is still under development so don't be surprised if you spot odd looking figures.

Hi All

The latest club.pkr | PRO update is now available.

Changes:

• Minor bug fixes
• Access to club.pkr | PRO is back up and running
• Club owners and their administrators now have the ability to invite new members to their club(s). Invitations are delivered via the club.pkr mobile app or e-mail:
  • Via app - Those recipients with a club.pkr account will receive the invitation within the app
  • E-Mail - Recipients without a club.pkr account will receive an email notification with instructions to download the app. Once downloaded, they’ll be able to view and respond to the invitation—either by accepting or rejecting it.

As always those thanks again for all of the feedback, suggestions, and testing. I really do appreciate it.

A new version of the mobile app is now available for iOS and Android (available within the next day or so).

Release Notes:

• Bug fixes
• Tournament setup process - No longer required to setup blind levels and key events.
• Club creation process - No longer required to invite a new member when creating a club.
• Quick Actions - Admins can now begin the process of creating and scheduling a new event from the Clubs screen.
• Quick actions - Admins can now begin the club invitation process from the Clubs screen.

The Quick Actions are accessed from the Clubs screen, by simply sliding/dragging the club (that you're either the owner of admin of) to the left. I'd like to give a shoutout to @Fran for giving me this idea.

Thanks again for all the feedback.

Minor update today. Owners and administrators now have the ability to update their club with contact details. These details will eventually appears on notifications, SMS, E-Mail, and Calendar Invites.

This update also includes a few bug fixes and minor changes.

• The main dashboard now returns basic information about the next upcoming event

The plan now is to begin work on giving users the ability to update and remove existing events.

Please note that during this beta phase, access to PRO is completely free. Once the full version is released, I may turn into a paid service. For now though, it will remain completely free.
