5 year Anniversary Chip - Windy Crest Poker Room (1 Viewer)

Yeah, I'd put dates in the lower quadrant, with a beer tap, a cigar, and pocket aces (or your signature hand) in the other three. Go with silver on these, and use gold for the 10th Anniversary chip.

Dates are incorrect, but ignore that for now. Thoughts?

I like the silver a lot better. The fireworks are cool. I think the pocket aces ( needs to be J9) are too dark. Too much black.
What say y'all?

I like the silver better. LOVE the fireworks. Agree that the cards need to be lightened. I think the cigar looks a little odd.

Awesome chip!

What about making the cigar, beer, and cards silver with black?

Love the chip!

Not sure I'd go with silver elements, since the silver seal seems to really stand out as is -- almost a 3d projection effect that is really cool. The elements need *something* to make them clearer, but yet not interfere or compete with the seal.

I think I agree. Will have to have @p5woody work some magic here.

I think the chip would look better without any elements, except for the dates.

Not sure if it can be done but what about the years in the ribbon with the word Anniversary? A date on either side of "Anniversary"
+1 for the silver but I agree the silver/fireworks are high definition and the cigar/cards/beer look like clip art.

Would maybe moving the cigar to the top (12 o'clock) position make it better positioned? (horizontal vs vertical). Scotch rocks glass instead of cards?

If you go with a poker hand, doing the inverse, where it is blank with writing on it, instead of black with cut out numbers could make it more legible.
The cigar definitely looks weird, pretty stubby there.

Another thought - I like the silver and instead of anniversary, you could put the dates right there.

I like #3, but IMO would look better without the outside elements; no beer, no cigar and no cards. Otherwise I think it is just too busy. The outside elements draw your eye away from the center theme of the chip, the anniversary.

Yeah, your base set has a simple, classy design. 5th Anniversary seal and dates are all that is necessary -- no need for the cartoonish doo-dads.

I'm might even simply the Anniversary seal, making it one color like the original chip and let the graphic set it off while keeping it cohesive.

Maybe make the hand in the original graphic quad 5's?

It’s between #2 & #3, for me. I think I prefer the fireworks in #2, but it’s close.
