Because I tried to get the tunica ones as my first purchase and they were gone in seconds.

Given past sales and transactions, Apache often buys large lots from vendors and/or partners in casino acquisitions to resale chips on his own...

I wouldn't jump to a conclusion that Apachepokerchips bought these in the open sale. They've bought chips directly from TheChipRoom before to resell.

I recall past sales from Apachepokerchips for some of the Horseshoe chips where it was specifically stated that the chips were purchased separately. And Apachepokerchips also seems to wait a little while after TheChipRoom sale is complete first before selling chips from the same casino.

@Apache sold sample sets of Jacks from @TheChipRoom's sale... I'm assuming there is a relationship between the two vendors and neither is trampling on the other...

Correct - as others have said Apache has bought pre-sale from TCR multiple times. I'm sure there is a set agreement between the two prior to sale so I highly doubt Apache is taking some sort of advantage of TCR or that TCR is unaware.

That being said, I have for sure seen singles of all the offered hotstamp chips on sale in the last week so there are flippers but they seem to be individuals.
