Is there a minimum number of chips I would need to purchase? Could I just buy a sample set? Thanks

Sure but to keep shipping easier for the re-shipper, flat rate boxes are being used for all orders. A sample set would ship in a small flat rate box.
If someone wants re-ship the sample sets, all the chips can be sent to them. Otherwise SFRB direct to you. Order more to make the shipping worth it.

I had to test fit the chips/racks on the first buy. You 'could' get 600 in a MFRB and 900 in a LFRB but that is pushing it with the weight even in doubled boxes. I think I did 500ish and 800ish on the last buy which adds more room for packing material on the bottom row.

A rack weights 3lbs 2oz (1.7 rounded up) on my scale.
900 in a LFRB would be close to 30lb and 600 in a MFRB would be close to 20lbs.

For international shipments, 20lbs is the max for Med and Large boxes.

I just test fitted 600 and 900 now. Here are some pics.

If it was my order, I'd opt for the lower amount, 500 and 800, or whatever the options are.
It going to be totally up to what @ekricket feels comfortable with since he is doing the re-shipping.

I think we are between 10k and 15K ATM. Have not tallied up the edits and new orders yet

• 10,000 pieces - $1.15 + $0.03 = $1.18 +7.5c = $1.255 per chip
• 15,000 pieces - $1.15 + $0.02 = $1.17 +5c = $1.22 per chip

I've updated my order so I can get a rack, and sell sample sets here at cost. I suppose I'll flog the extras on eBay if I need to.

I want to do a set for traditional T10k stacks and occasional T20k stacks, but I love these 5s so much. So hard to decide what to do.

Use the 5s as bounty chips and the 25k v2 as the rebuy chip. Or vice versa. Get Gear to make lablels, and you’ll always have all chips on table at one point in the game.

Nice. Consider Abbiati. I know Tommy recently abandoned the idea for cost, but there may be enough interest for those considering alternatives to CPC and used THCs.
